SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping rates
Free shipping on orders over $70. For orders under $70, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery
Orders ship with Canada Post. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery times vary by province and are estimates, not guarantees.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while or your order hasn’t arrived, email us at info@ethicaltable.ca and we’ll help sort it out.
