Our Canadian take on traditional togarashi, capturing the essence and flavours of our coasts. Seven wild sea vegetables bring a punch of umami, with bright citrus and a little kick from crushed red pepper.

Sprinkle on white fish after a coat of oil and bake, or use as a finishing seasoning for avocado toast, miso soup, or to top off a stir fry.
